  • Security — to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

5. Do We Offer AI-Based Products?

As part of our Services, we may offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies ("AI Products"). Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers as outlined in Section 3.

You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider. Our AI Products are designed for text analysis functions. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., data stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security.

Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Withdrawing your consent. If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You may review or change your account information or terminate your account at any time by:

  • Logging in to your account settings and updating your user account
  • Contacting us using the contact information provided below

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have browsing data monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate your choice not to be tracked.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice.
